We recently had the pleasure of experiencing a truly amazing 10 course meal prpared by Hamish and Rosie. It was nothing short of spectacular. Every dish was meticulously thought out, with incredible attention to detail. From the homemade creme fraiche to the use of local honey, and Hamish's homemade bread, everything on the plate had a reason to be there. All of the dishes were super interesting and creative, with elements that we had not tried before and topped off with beautiful presentation. Rosie gave us a lovely overview of each dish and was a brilliant host, not only was the food amazing but they were such kind and professional people, leaving the kitchen cleaner than it was before they arrive. They truly smashed it, it was such a memorable and unique evening, and we couldn't recommend them more.

Just a quick note to say we thought the food you served on Saturday night was absolutely delicious, particularly the welsh rarebit, pork and savoy cabbage – oh, and the carrot cake!  I hope you are very pleased with how it all went – it was a real treat and remarkable that you served us all in such a co-ordinated way with perfectly presented food. We usually have to travel well away from Teffont to eat at the level you produced for us.  So I wanted to thank you personally for a great evening.  Am now trying to replicate your mushroom and grain ragout and some of the other flavours you presented.

What a success last night was in every way. 

We had such a wonderful time and on arrival the hall looked so attractive and you did an incredible job in fitting in so many.  Your helpers were excellent and looked most professional too!

More importantly the dinner you prepared for us was superb and most interesting.  It must have been a challenge and I know how many hidden hours that are involved behind the scenes both before and afterwards in order to create such a delicious menu.

Absolutely perfect! The food was unbelievably good with really big portion sizes and was just the most delicious. Hamish worked with me to create the perfect menu for my event and it exceeded expectation. The kitchen was spotless when he left and the team were so engaging and lovely. The service throughout the whole evening was fantastic and the communication prior to the event was really good. I couldn’t be happier and would/ will highly recommend!
